CO.DI.TRA. is able to solve and satisfy particular needs in terms of service and delivery time.
One of our important customers, in a very short time (about 5 days) needed two pairs of tip blades for a big mobile shear on the excavator.
The tips for the specific demolition equipment had never been made by us before, so it was a question of developing all the design and manufacturing operations, successfully completing them in a very short time.

By leveraging fundamental factors such as:
- active listening to customer requests and needs;
- optimal management of the raw material stock, for the particular application it was decided to use our CDT500 steel as the best compromise between reliability and performance;
- technical competence, in a short time and without the possibility of sampling, no errors are allowed, the know-how of the product, the steel, the production phases and the final applications gives the possibility to achieve such a delicate goal;
- integrated production cycle, with our facilities make it possible to win over the time, this is one of the unquestionable advantages of those who, like us, are producers and not traders. The plant efficiency and the skills of the workers were essential to deliver the tips of the scrap shear in record time.
